1. All Assigning will be done through Arbiter.
   1. Andre will make sure he has updated contacts.
   2. The official’s names, email addresses and phone numbers are listed on the site.
   3. The site will send reminders to all officials scheduled 2 days before the match.
2. Arrival Time
   1. The officials are instructed to arrive 20 minutes prior to the schedule start time.
3. Time Blocked Out
   1. The referees are scheduled for 4 hours for each match
   2. If you think you are going to run longer, please communicate this with the officials
4. Suggested start times
   1. Morning: 8:00am / 8:30am
   2. Afternoon: 1:00pm
5. Pay:    
   1. $40/hr
6. Weather/Cancelations
   1. It is the responsibility of teams to contact officials if matches are canceled or postponed.
   2. If postponed, officials might have previous commitments. Please confirm with officials to see if they can still work the new time.
7. Andre will do his best to fulfill all requests, he will make sure no team is more than 1 official short. There are usually 45+ officials needed for Saturday youth matches. The earlier he receives schedules the better chance he has of filling all slots

   3. 5 mats / 8 officials

2. Pay:    
   1. $235/official  
   2. $30 – Head Official
   3. Based on a 7-9 hour tournament. If tournament is shorter we will adjust.
   4. After 9 hours pay is $20/hour

At the end of the season, each club will get an invoice from the Assignor for the total from the season.
