Each person - Coach, League Rep, Match Up Coordinator - should fill out the information for themselves. 

Registering someone under your account will prevent them from having access to certain private pages.

One person can be registered for multiple roles - Coach, League Rep and Match Up Coordinator .

Only 1 person per team should fill out the USA Wrestling Info and Scheduling Info. Please confirm that your team has not already submitted their info by checking the list below. 

Coaches 

• All coaches must register and enter their USA Wrestling number. 
• *** Remember to renew your membership **** 
• If you have not updated your Background info, when renewing your coaches membership it will take you through the process. 
• Indicate if you are the head coach or assistant coach.

League Reps

• Each team should have a primary league rep and an alternate league rep. 
• The primary league rep will be the voting member for online voting .
• The primary league rep will be the point of contact for online team dues and sponsorship. 

Match Up Coordinator 

• Each team should have one or two match up coordinators for the Thursday night pairings sessions. 

USA Wrestling Point of Contact

• One person per team should fill out this form. 
• This is the person for each team that will receive the bill from USA Wrestling and ensure that it is paid on time. 
• This will also be where you enter the address of your practice and meet location to have the covered by USA Wrestling Insurance. 

2023-2024 Scheduling Info

• One person per team should fill out this form. 
• This is for your host dates, number of wrestlers and start time.
